Kyle Solomakha is a Managing Partner with over eight years of experience in commercial property management. While attending college at Florida State University, he founded a cleaning company catering to student rentals which eventually turned into a property management firm with over 40 employees. Although he eventually sold the firm, the experience provided Kyle with a wide range of skills in both asset and employee management which he utilizes today. Kyle oversees the day-to-day operations of the company including property management, leasing, marketings, and tenant relations. He is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that drive growth and maximize revenue, while also maintaining a high level of tenant satisfaction.
